Looking ahead to 2020

2020 is set to be a busy year for codetoday, so here's a taste of what's in store for students young and old.

After school courses

January see's the launch of our first After School Coding Courses, these will be a regular weekly club for children aged 8-15. The first club starts on January the 9th at Swiss Cottage Library and we have plans to expand from February half term onwards with more locations and days, including a Saturday morning club.

School holidays

New for 2020 we've revamped the format of holiday coding clubs to increase the flexibility and improve the camp content. Parents have the option of 3 or 5 day camps that run for morning only or full days through to 4:30 pm. When children join us they will then be grouped with others of similar age and coding capability, ensuring small groups that can study at a pace suitable for everyone.

Flexible private courses

We continue to provide flexible coding courses for children delivered in their homes across London. We've expanded steadily the number of flexible courses we offer with our expert instructors visiting families and small groups across London to teach coding in Python. Through 2020 we will be increasing our coverage to include everywhere inside the M25.

Adult Python courses

2020 will see an increase in the number of adult Python courses. These have proved to be very popular through 2019 with small groups looking to learn a new skill that has real benefits to private and professional life. Adult courses run either as a flexible option for individuals or small groups or at fixed times and locations. As ever with codetoday we aim to provide maximum flexibility and choice to make it easy for you to learn to code in Python.

Corporate

Corporate coding courses have always been something we have delivered on request but in 2020 we aim to expand on this and widen our footprint of corporate training. What makes codetoday unique is our approach to teaching Python whether students are young, old or looking to build specific skills to benefit work. Through our curriculum design we have developed a process that allows us to teach the same concepts for almost any situation. It all means there's no dumbing down, everyone learns Python a fully featured language with real applications. Companies like Barclays have benefitted from our teaching approach, maybe you can too?

That's not all...

In January we will be launching our new website making it easier to find and book a course, learn more about coding in Python and how we teach students young and old. We're also freshening up our logo and pretty much everything else as we get ready for a big year ahead.

The next holiday camps taking place are February half term, register interest here:
